The Water of Bir Ghars

Significance

One of the wells the Prophet ﷺ drank from and used for wuḍūʾ. Ibn Māja narrated: "When I die, wash me with seven waterskins from Bir Ghars" — though the ḥadīth is weakened by ḥadīth specialists, it is mentioned in the sources. The well lies in al-ʿAwālī east of Madīna, blessed by its association with the Prophet ﷺ.
