The Return to Khadīja ﭯ

Significance

The Prophet ﷺ returned from the cave with his heart trembling, entered upon Khadīja ﭯ and said, "Cover me, cover me!" They wrapped him until the terror left him. He told her what happened and said, "I fear for myself." She spoke the immortal words: "Never! By Allah, Allah shall never disgrace you. You keep ties of kinship, bear the burden of the weak, earn for the destitute, honour the guest, and support the causes of truth." Then she brought him to Waraqa ibn Nawfal.
