﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ اللَّهَ﴾«بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ.»Seventy-three Ansar pledged to the Prophet ﷺ on the night of the Second ʿAqaba — among the pledge's terms: "To hear and obey in your ease and hardship, in eagerness and aversion, and to support me if I come to you."
