The Muster of the Uḥud Army

Significance

From the Mosque of Banū Ḥāritha the Muslim army set out for the Battle of Uḥud. The Prophet ﷺ prayed two rakʿas there, reviewed the army, and turned back the young — among them al-Barāʾ ibn ʿĀzib and Ibn ʿUmar ﭺ — for their small age. It is among the well-known mosques of the Anṣār, on the northern side of Madīna along the road to Uḥud.
