﴿مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ﴾«كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَطُوفُ عَلَى الْحَرَّاسِ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي اللَّيَالِي.»The Prophet ﷺ would visit the Ansari guards in the fortresses during the night of the Trench, reassuring them and his women. Uṭum Rātij was among the strongest forts guarding Madinah's north.
